Every Trocador MAX ships with a 30-day money-back guarantee, clock starting on delivery. Run a real oil change with it — if it flops, send it back.

02. What qualifies

• Return requested inside 30 days of delivery.
• No damage caused after it arrived.
• Pipes, clamps and cabling sent back where possible.

Already used it? Still counts — this is a performance guarantee, not a "keep the box sealed" thing.

03. Starting a return

Email your order number and return instructions land in your inbox within one business day. No forms, no restocking fee.

04. Refund timing

Once the carrier scans your return, a full refund hits your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank might sit on it a couple extra days.

05. Damaged or wrong item

Pump shows up cracked, dead, or not what you ordered? Send a photo within 14 days and a free replacement ships right away — no return needed most of the time.
